Candle Art
Layers of colored wax creates these unique and unual candles
What you Need
- Pieces of old used candles, seperated by color
- kitchen grater
- candle wick
- baby ood jar (with label torn off)
How to Make it
- Grate the candle pieces in a fine powder
- Layer differant colors of the powder in the baby food jar
- Gently push the candle wick down into the center of the jar
Tips & Ideas
- You can use jelly jars and pickle jars also
- Never use a container that has a rim hanging over the wick. It can cause the container to crack and break

Frosty Glass Candles
Create the look ofreal frosted glass with salt and nail polish
What you Need
- Table Salt
- Assorted colors of non-flammable nail polish
- Baby food jars
How to make it
- Remove lable from baby food jar
- Paint designs on baby food jr with differant colors of fingernail polish
- Sprinkle salt on fingernail polish while it is still wet.
- Let dry overnight. Place a votive candle in and watch it sparkle.

- Use clear nail polish for white frosted glass

Fruity Candle Holders
What you Need
- Apples
- Apple corer
- 1 cup lemon juice
- Candle
How to Make It
- Use apple corer asnd remove apple core.
- Soak apple in lemon juice or 2 minutes
- Insert candle into the cored apple
Tips and Ideas
- Push cloves into the outside of the apples to make designs.

FReezing Lantern
Light up a dark winter's night with these warm,inviting crystal ice lanterns
What you Need
- Large Plastic Bowl
- Plastic yogart cotainer full of stones or coins
How to Make It
- Place 2 inches of water into the large plastic bowl
and freeze.
- Place the yogert container full of stones or coins in the center of the frozen ice bowl
- Pour more water into the bowl until it almost reaches the top of the yogert container, and freeze
- Run warm water over the outside of the plastic bowl & the ice bowl should pop out
- Pour out the stones or coins from the yogert cotainer and put warm water in it. Remove the yogert container when it gets loose
- Put a small votive in the opening from where the yogert container was. Now you can place it outside

- Use food coloring when freezing the water
